choco molten cake: trivia winner

It has been a while since Kristin took a pen and paper, put on her headphones, and listened to Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine", I don't know how many times, to win this yummy dessert. I am sorry for the delay, Kristin! These were easy peasy... and something I will be making over and over again - definitely for my next dinner party : )
I found this particular recipe in the New York Times under Dining & Wine. Suzanne Lenzer made a good point in her article and I made the mistake of not reading it fully before attacking the recipe. She said, "I’ve made one little adjustment to the recipe: I use cocoa powder instead of flour after buttering the mold. It doesn’t affect the flavor significantly, but I’ve found it does help with the presentation (no white residue is left on the cakes after you unmold them).
